UK POWER NETWORK APPLICATION
An EV Charger is a low carbon technology (LCT) installation. As an approved installer for UK Power Network, we will handle your application. This will notify them of the install and ensure your electricity supply is sufficient, if not UK Power Network may need to upgrade it before approving.

Waste Removal service
Here at Baskett Electrical Ltd, not only do we strive to deliver the best installations, by using market leading products. But we also care deeply about the environment, so we offer a free of charge waste removal/collection service, so we can both be assured the relevant waste materials and products get reused if possible or at least correctly recycled.

ACCREDITED Installation
We are fully accredited by all the companies below. To ensure we are working to the highest standards in the industry set out in the Consumer Code, highlighting quality, competency and compliance. Giving you peace of mind we will conduct ourselves properly and professionally before, during and after your installation is complete and all work carried out.

Doncaster Cables - Ev-Ultra Cable is specially developed to meet the requirements of EV charge points with data connectivity.
The cable incorporates power conductors and an enhanced Cat 5 screened data cable, encapsulated in a double sheathed design for extra protection.

WHAT IS IT?
SPD is a surge protective device that protects electrical systems and equipment from power surges.

WHAT IT DOES
SPDs limit voltage spikes and divert surge currents to protect electrical systems and equipment.

WHERE IT'S INSTALLED
SPDs are usually installed in a consumer unit or distribution board, but can also be installed locally to protect a single item of equipment.

HOW IT WORKS
SPDs can protect against a range of surge voltages, from a few millivolts to tens of thousands of volts.
